PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION THAT IS GATHERED FROM VISITORS
When you purchase something from our store we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We also send out marketing emails which can be opted out of at any time using the un subscribe link or email markreynolds75@gmail.com

HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalised content and possibly advertising. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers

VISITOR OPTIONS
If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive. You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.

COOKIES
Cookies are small digital signature files that are stored by your web browser that allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting the website. Also they may be used to track your return visits to the website. 3rd party advertising companies may also use cookies for tracking purposes.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

DELIVERY POLICY
As all T-Shirts are custom made to order please allow 7-10 days for delivery, Prints 5-7 days however this is often sooner. All products are sent 2nd class recorded by Royal Mail in either postal bags or tubes depending on the product.

REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY
The products available from MR ART’S online store are manufactured to a high standard. If goods purchased are to be returned, MR ART will exchange any order providing:

1. You have a valid reason for return
2. The product is returned in a saleable condition.
3. All tags are still attached
4. Your goods are returned to MR ART within 14 days of you receiving the goods

As all the T-Shirts/ Prints shown on the website are custom made to order, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. In the off chance that the product was not suitable for you we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note

Return Costs
Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for returned products whilst in transit and we advise that all items are returned using a trackable and recorded service, we advise royal mail first class recorded.(If you do not use a recorded service and the goods do not arrive it is your responsibility to claim off your postage provider and not our responsibility to refund). If the item is faulty we will reimburse up to first class recorded delivery costs (not special delivery), we will ask for a copy of the receipt so monies can be transfered. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchanges
MR ART will gladly exchange any products that are bought incorrectly which the exception of suitcases and luggage tags (please see below for further info), when we receive the item back please allow 5-7 WORKING days for us to process the exchange after we have received the parcel back. ALL EXCHANGES will be liable for a re delivery charge of £3.00 for all UK address. International re delivery charges will depend on the International Zone of your delivery.

To make the exchange process quicker you can include a cheque or cash payment for the re delivery charge, if not we can contact you upon processing the exchange for the payment.

Suitcases/luggage tags

Returns can only be accepted in the event the item(s) is (i) faulty or (ii) if there has been an error on our part. If you deem the item(s) to be faulty, you are advised to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
